Practical information

• Workshops, open space and gatherings will be at Marjatta, Strandvejen 15, 4733 Tappernøje http://www.findvej.dk (write address)
  
• Arrival on Sunday the 26th at Bredeshave, Strandvejen 13, 4733 Tappernøje, during the afternoon. Those of you, who come by bus from Køge will be picked up in Tappernøje.

• Most rooms will be situated in a separate building approx. 5,5 km from Marjatta at Brøderup ungdomsskole, Karlshøj 40, 4733 Tappernøje. http://www.findvej.dk
  There is a bus from your  rooms to Marjatta in the morning at 7:50 and back in the evening after the storytelling.
  
• You must bring sheet, and sleeping bag + towels
  
•  There will be a bus in the morning and in the evening after the storytelling
  
•  The campus is in beautiful surroundings, and it’s in the countryside, which means quiet and with a big sky. Besides the courses you can enjoy the nature. Swimming is possible in clean water in the bay.
  
•  The are only few single rooms
  
• Meals will be varied for all types of food preferences                                                                                   

• Thursday the 30^th we will make a wonderful storytelling event in Vordingborg, where all participants will get a chance to tell stories in small groups and in historical surroundings See the place here Gåsetårnet. It is voluntary to tell, but it’s a wonderful opportunity to try a very different experience.

• There will be plenty of time for networking. Be sure to bring your cards, brochures etc. If you have written books, you can bring them. There will be a small shop at the campus.

• How to get to Marjatta

Fly to Copenhagen airport, go by train to København H (central station)

From there you can search www.rejseplanen.dk Write from København H, To 4733 Tappernøje, then you’ll find the route. On a Sunday and Saturday it’ll be approx. three hours to get from Copenhagen to Marjatta. Let us know when you arive, we will pick ypu up in Tappernøje.

The symposium ends after lunch on Augsut 1^st or after the annual meeting of ALBA (3 p.m.)

Be sure to stay till the end, so you won’t have to rush off.

• We can recommend staying a day before or after in Copenhagen. Museums are closed on Mondays. We cannot offer accommodations before Sunday and after Saturday afternoon
